Matthew Cardente has practiced commercial real estate for ten years in the State of Maine. In 2005, Matthew founded Cardente Real Estate in order to offer clients and customers a better alternative for their real estate needs. Mr. Cardente specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties in the State of Maine and New Hampshire. Voted Maine Commercial Realtor of the Year for 2008, Matthew is on the Board of Directors for the Maine Association of Realtors, and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate. In the past, Matthew was the President of the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors for 2009 & 2010, a voting member for the Yarmouth Zoning Board of Appeals, a Board Member for NECPE, and a mentor for the Longfellow School in Portland. Mr. Cardente is an active Wish Volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and is actively involved with several local charities.

Karen Rich has been practicing commercial real estate in Portland, ME since 1991. Prior to Cardente Real Estate, Karen was a Broker with Commercial Properties for four years and previous to that a Broker/Owner of Major, O’Connor,& Rich Commercial Real Estate. Over the last 18 years, Karen has been directly involved with numerous retail and investment projects including the redevelopment of Western Avenue Crossing in South Portland and presently with the retail/office and business park develop-ment of Cascades Falls South and North in Saco, Maine, encompassing over 300 acres of prime development land along Route One. In 2004, Karen was responsible for the $15,000,000 sale of the Custom House Parking Garage in Portland which was the largest commercial real estate transaction in the State of Maine for that year. Karen specializes in all aspects of the sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties. Her experience and expertise in assembling development sites throughout Maine has proven invaluable to her clients. Karen is a member of Maine Commercial Association of Realtors and serves on their Board of Directors.

Greg Perry was the first broker to join Cardente Real Estate, and since then has worked hard to build strong long term relationships with his clients. Greg has a proven track record handling brokerage negotiations, and can provide valuable guidance to Tenants, Buyers, Landlords and Sellers. Mr. Perry works extensively in the industrial sector, and in January of 2011 he was the keynote speaker for the Maine Real Estate Development Association's Annual Conference providing the industrial market review and forecast for 2010 and 2011. Greg also has a strong background in commercial construction and development, and is well qualified to help his clients through all phases of the construction process. Mr. Perry was born and raised in Cumberland, Maine and received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. He now resides in South Portland with his wife and daughter. Greg is a member of the Maine Commercial Association Realtors, is on the Board of Appeals for the City of South Portland, and is a licensed Associate Broker in the State of Maine.

Steve joined Cardente Real Estate in 2011, building on 12 years of experience in the Greater Portland commercial real estate market. He has been involved in more than $100 million in sale/lease transactions in his career. Steve is highly experienced in the sale and leasing of retail, office and investment real estate, and is uniquely proficient in assisting clients in repositioning their hold-ings to compete with new inventory in a challenging market place. Steve's clients have benefited from his unique ability in mar-keting commercial real estate with successful returns from re-imaging static properties which as an end result equates to lower vacancy levels and successful sale returns for his clients. With Steve’s unique approach, he has become a tremendous asset to many commercial property owners in greater Portland and has carried this approach through to Cardente Real Estate. Steve also manages, owns and develops commercial real estate with his family’s development company. Steve is active in many local organizations and was appointed to the Old Port Task Force in 2007. Steve resides in Falmouth with his two children.

Michael Cardente has worked as a commercial real estate broker in Maine since 2006. During this time, he has represented various local, regional and national companies and property owners in commercial leasing and sale transactions. Prior to brokerage, Michael had managed a portfolio of commercial properties in Maine and Florida working with companies including Federal Express, AAA, Fergusson Enterprises, and Bally’s Total Fitness, among others. In addition to being involved with several local charities, Michael is a board member for the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies. Michael grew up in Yarmouth, Maine and currently resides in Falmouth.

Jessie Guyon had been working in vacation rentals on Cape Cod prior to joining Cardente Real Estate, obtaining the skills and experience necessary for advertising and marketing. Ms. Guyon is in charge of the day to day operations of Cardente Real Estate and is also head of Cardente Real Estates's marketing department.
