Matthew Cardente has practiced commercial real estate for over nine years in the State of Maine. In 2005, Matthew founded Cardente Real Estate in order to offer clients and customers a better alternative for their real estate needs. Mr. Cardente specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties in the State of Maine and New Hampshire. Voted Maine Commercial Realtor of the Year for 2008, Matthew is currently the President of the Board of Directors for the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors, on the Board of Directors for the Maine Association of Realtors, a Board Member for NE CPE, and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate . In the past, Matthew was a voting member for the Yarmouth Zoning Board of Appeals and a mentor for the Longfellow School in Portland. Mr. Cardente is an active Wish Volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and is actively involved with several local charities.  |

Karen Rich has been practicing commercial real estate in Portland, ME since 1991. Prior to Cardente Real Estate, Karen was a Broker with Commercial Properties for four years and previous to that a Broker/Owner of Major, O’Connor,& Rich Commercial Real Estate. Over the last 18 years, Karen has been directly involved with numerous retail and investment projects including the redevelopment of Western Avenue Crossing in South Portland and presently with the retail/office and business park development of Cascades Falls South and North in Saco, Maine, encompassing over 300 acres of prime development land along Route One. In 2004, Karen was responsible for the$15,000,000 sale of the Custom House Parking Garage in Portland which was the largest commercial real estate transaction in the State of Maine for that year. Karen specializes in all aspects of the sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties. Her experience and expertise in assembling development sites throughout Maine has proven invaluable to her clients. Karen is a member of Maine Commercial Association of Realtors and serves on their Board of Directors. |

Greg Perry was the first broker to join Cardente Real Estate, and has worked hard to build strong, long term relationships with his clients. Greg has extensive experience in brokerage sales, and prior to joining Cardente Real Estate was a yacht broker for the Waldron Group and Trader Yachts. Greg has a strong background in commercial construction and development, and can help clients through all phases of the construction process. Greg was born and raised in Cumberland, Maine and attended Greely High School. He received his bachelor's degree in Business Management from Eckerd College in Saint Petersburg, Florida, and now resides in South Portland. He is a member of the Maine Commercial Association Realtors, and is a licensed Associate Broker in the State of Maine. |

Nathan has been a commercial real estate broker since 2001. With Cardente Real Estate since 2006, he is focused on Retail, Office, Industrial, and Developable Real Estate and has aggressively and thoroughly represented at different times Sellers, Buyers, Landlords, and Tenants. Nathan grew up in Southern Maine, graduating from Yarmouth High School in 1996, and then went on to graduate from Hamilton College with a B.A. in English Literature in 2000. Nathan lives in Portland and has volunteered his time with such organizations as Big Brothers/Big Sisters and Little League Baseball, is currently a Wish Granter for Make-A-Wish Foundation, and is active in other charitable organizations. Nathan is a member of the Maine Commercial Real Estate Association and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate. |

Michael is the Financial Manager for Cardente Real Estate as well as a Sales Agent specializing in all aspects of the sale and leasing of commercial real estate in the State of Maine. |

Prior to joining Cardente Real Estate, Mr. Giguere worked for three years at CBI, the largest business brokerage firm in New England and most recently, at Peerless Insurance where Brian dealt with property claims and estimated building losses. Mr. Giguere holds an Associate Broker license and has a B.S. degree in business administration from the University of Southern Maine. Brian was born and raised in Maine and currently resides in the West End of Portland. |

After graduating with a Communication and Media Studies degree from the University of Southern Maine in 2007, Beth worked as a Marketing Assistant and an Office Manager at two advertising agencies here in Portland, Implement Marketing and Proactive Resources. Beth completed two internships in 2007, one in the Communications Department at WCSH 6 and the other at The Center for Grieving Children focusing on promotions and fundraising. Ms. Gleason is in charge of the day to day operations of Cardente Real Estate and is also head of Cardente Real Estate’s marketing department.
